We completely understand that the cost of having your boiler serviced can come at an inconvenient time, which is why we are able to spread the cost through affordable monthly payments.

We offer this because we know that when other costs pop up unexpectedly, a boiler service can easily be pushed down the list of priorities and missed. However, you won't want to do this as skipping a boiler service could easily lead to a boiler breakdown in the future that will be much more costly in the long run.

Taking care of your boiler by having it serviced by a Gas Safe engineer will mean that it can take care of your by heating your home and water.

We want to ensure that we are different than our competition by offering you this flexibility.

We have two plans for you to choose from, one simply spreads the cost of a boiler service while the other provides much more value for just an extra £2 a month. Let's go through what's included in each plan:



Standard Boiler Service - £6 a month

If you are only looking to spread the cost of your boiler service into monthly payments then this is ideal for you. However, for £2 a month extra we can provide you with much more value



Boiler Service & Heating system check up - £8 a month

Whats included

  • A standard boiler service - Worth £72
  • Visual health check on heating system to identify possible future problems
  • Vent radiators
  • 10% discount for all future works. (maximum £100 per year)





The T's and C's

  • This is not an insurance policy, we do not change any parts as part of the plans, any remedial work we find that is necessary shall be discussed with you as well as any expected additional costs.
  • The monthly payment plans are to pay for your service or gas safety check in advance, once we have received 12 months of payment we will be in contact with you to complete the service.
  • We shall make a reasonable number of attempts to get in contact with you when the time is right, by email, text and phone call. If we have made a reasonable attempt to contact you and we do not hear from you, then we will be forced to end the agreement and no refund will be issued for monies paid so far.
  • In order to have your boiler service or safety check completed before the 12 months you will need to pay the remaining balance in full.
  • You have 14 days to 'cool off' which means you will be entitled to a full refund if you decide you don't want to continue within 14 days.
  • Cromer Plumbing & Heating Limited has the right to change the costs of the plans and the services provided at any time, however, we will continue to charge you for the price you had originally agreed until that has been paid in full, you will be made aware of any changes to the plans prior to any additional charges being added.
  • The payment collection service is through a company called GoCardless Limited, payment shall be collected around the same time of the date you sign up every month.
